Live For Pink, Inc. (LFP) is a New Jersey not-for-profit organization that was organized exclusively for charitable purposes. Specifically, LFP is a 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to playing a supporting role in the fight against breast cancer by funding local and national programs that share our ultimate goal – the eradication of late stage diagnoses of breast cancer, and ultimately a cure.

 

LFP is an all-volunteer fundraising organization with dedicated officers and members who have been involved in fundraising for many years.  None of LFP’s officers or members receive a salary. Additionally, all administrative costs are kept to an absolute minimum as it is LFP’s belief that every penny spent on administration is considered money taken away from possibly saving someone in our area from a late stage breast cancer diagnosis.

 

We commit to being a fiscally responsible non profit organization. Contributions are not diluted by staff salaries or corporate overhead. To maximize the impact of our grant making dollars Live For Pink only funds organizations and programs that meet our stringent eligibility criteria. We research all recipients to ensure that our funding is supporting what works.

 

LFP is all about “Feel The Power” – We feel the power. We believe in the power - The power of friends and community, and the power of the individual! When we take a step back from our fundraising efforts and see those around us who share our passion we can’t help but be inspired. We are always impressed by the generosity of others.  Each successful fundraiser holds stories of generosity, but also great stories of hope. We get involved because we believe that we CAN make a difference. We believe that by coming together our power strengthens and our passion is multiplied. We truly believe that life without the fear of breast cancer can be a reality!
