Mission Statement

 

"Live For Pink, Inc. is a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to raising awareness, educating and funding treatment. We battle breast cancer by raising funds for local organizations and facilities who provide direct assistance to women in their battle against breast cancer."

Vision Statement

 

We are not research scientists, doctors, therapists or nurses.  We are three mothers who know the effects of breast cancer. We know that a cure must be found, and although we cannot personally formulate the drug that will eliminate breast cancer, we know that we can make a difference.  We are three women with a vision. A vision of breast cancer being only a topic in a history text book. A vision of a cancer-free world as a result of research, treatment and awareness.

 

We know that by funding research we are providing the means to conquer breast cancer. By donating much needed funds to educational programs we know that we will be saving a young woman’s life through early detection. We know that a child will be raised by a mother who received the best treatment that ultimately saved her life, regardless of financial status.

 

Live For Pink, Inc. intends to expand its role as the preeminent regional organization, with an ever-growing membership, that coordinates successful, comprehensive fund raising programs in support of the battle against breast cancer.
